Infamous includes press packaging for a conceptual Lady Gaga album based off her season of American Horror Story. Each element of the box relates to her character, the Countess, a twisted vampire hungry for love. The packaging includes a built-in record player, a 45 and 33 with sleeve, as well as other merchandise.

The box would be delivered to press and super fans before the release of her new album. It would be delivered sealed and programmed to open 2:25 a.m. on the morning of her album release. The time is significant in the season as the alarm triggers every morning in the same hotel room.
