Another large component of my position as Loeffler Randall’s graphic designer was to work with our content team to create customer facing communication.
Instagram is a channel LR uses regularly to interact with our customers and keep them updated on collection launches, product drops, and general styling tips. LR posts stories daily with these highlights in a way that is both informative and engaging.
LR also uses email marketing as a means to engage with customers and encourage them to browse the site. Emails are sent three days a week and focus on pairing products with storytelling. These stories range from showing products through color to highlighting seasonal trends.
